Custom AI agents · Maui

It's like hiring staff that never sleeps.

An AI agent that knows your business and does the work — intake, scheduling, follow-ups, research, admin. Built for your exact workflow, not a template.

What it actually does

The busywork, handled

Most small businesses lose 10–20 hours a week to work that doesn't require a human. That's the work an agent takes.

Who it's for

Built around your trade

Same technology, completely different build. Here's what it looks like in practice.

Chiropractor / wellness clinic

The Front Desk Agent

Handles new patient intake forms, answers insurance questions, books appointments, and sends recall reminders — so your front desk handles humans, not paperwork.

Realtor

The Lead Machine

Qualifies inbound leads in minutes, researches every property inquiry, drafts your follow-ups, and keeps your CRM updated while you're at showings.

Tour operator

The Booking Concierge

Answers "what should we bring?" for the hundredth time, handles weather rebookings, and upsells add-ons — in any language your visitors speak.

Restaurant / retail

The Ops Sidekick

Drafts your weekly specials content, answers reservation and hours questions, tracks supplier emails, and flags reviews that need a personal reply.

Contractor / trades

The Estimator's Assistant

Captures job details from the first call, drafts the estimate, chases the unsigned ones, and keeps your schedule from double-booking a crew.

Property manager

The Tenant Line

Triages maintenance requests by urgency, routes them to the right vendor, answers lease questions, and logs everything so nothing lives only in your text messages.

How a build goes

Four weeks, start to running

Week 1

Find the bottleneck

I sit with you and watch how the work actually flows — not how the manual says it does. We pick the one workflow eating the most hours and scope exactly what the agent will own.

Week 2

Build & connect

I build the agent and wire it into your calendar, inbox, CRM, and phone. You get a working version to poke at before it touches a single customer.

Week 3

Supervised run

It goes live on real work with you reviewing its output. Every miss gets corrected and fed back in. This is where a generic tool would have already failed you.

Week 4

Hand over the keys

It runs on its own. You get training, documentation, and my cell number. Then monthly tuning as your business shifts.

What it costs
$5,000+

Build, one time. Then $500–$2k/mo for tuning, monitoring, and API costs. Month to month — no contract, cancel when it stops earning.

See what I'd build for you

Not sure it's worth it? Run your own numbers on the savings calculator — hours you'd get back, times what your time is worth. Most Maui businesses land between $12,000 and $48,000 a year, with the build paying for itself in three to five months.

Before you ask

Straight answers

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions from a script. An agent does work — it reads your inbox, checks your calendar, updates your CRM, drafts the reply, and books the appointment. The difference is whether it talks about your business or actually runs part of it.

What does it plug into?

Whatever you already use. Google Workspace, most scheduling tools, QuickBooks, common CRMs, your phone system, your website forms. If it has an API, it connects. If it doesn't, we usually find a workaround — and if we can't, I'll tell you on the call instead of after you've paid.

How long does a build take?

Two to four weeks depending on how many systems it touches. A single-workflow agent — say, new patient intake — is closer to two. Something that spans scheduling, billing, and follow-up runs longer.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

It will, early on. That's what the first month of tuning is for. We start it on low-stakes work with you reviewing output, then widen its authority as it earns it. Nothing customer-facing goes live unsupervised on day one.

What's the monthly retainer actually for?

Tuning as your business changes, monitoring so failures get caught by me instead of by your customer, and API costs. Month to month — if it stops earning its keep, you stop paying.
